Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately, ready for distribution. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates with mechanical knowledge and experience operating heavy equipment will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Package products in cases/pallets according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate various warehouse equipment- training provided.
- Assemble packaging as needed for different product lines.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Other general tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Steel-Toed footwear required. If successful candidate does not have, Company will reimburse for up to $150 towards cost of footwear.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
