THE CHALLENGE:
As a Manager, Customer Experience, the primary role is to build and execute relevant experiences across all properties in our portfolio in order to maximize the Marketing ROI by increased dwell time, traffic and sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Contribute to annual marketing plans to increase dwell time, traffic, sales and market share
Manage specific Experience program(s) and establish and maintain national service level standards to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement
Report / analyze scorecard metrics for key insights on the experience program effectiveness (e.g. to track the customer satisfaction and likelihood to recommend experiences )
Identify new experiences opportunities for program(s) based on thorough analysis, evaluate the impact by performing test & trials
Subject matter expert for the consumer, market segments & levers for the programs.
Partner with the Director, Customer Experience in order to implement the customer experience strategy seamlessly across the nation.
Collaborate with the Director, Customer Experience to benchmark best in class experiences to maximize customer satisfaction, recommendations and Marketing ROI.

WHO YOU ARE:
A strong project manager
Detail oriented
Someone with a strong track record with experience design

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
4 year university degree in business
Minimum of 8 years in building and executing strategic marketing plans
Executing campaigns and projects on time and within budget with agencies
