We’re currently seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team. If you enjoy working independently, being outdoors, and staying active, this might be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive to various residential properties throughout the area
- Install and remove real estate signs accurately and safely
- Read and follow installation instructions and routing schedules
- Communicate with dispatch or supervisors regarding assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and tools
- Represent the company with professionalism at every job site
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Valid G Class Driver’s License
- Clean driving abstract
- Strong proficiency in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous general labor experience
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
- Prior experience driving for work
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wage: from $18.50 per hour (can go up depending on experience)
- Overtime pay available
- On-site parking
- No weekend shifts – enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule
- No holiday shifts - evert stat holiday will be a holiday for you as well!
