As a Financial Controller at Remax Nova, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial health of our real estate brokerage. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.
Financial Management: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain the annual budget, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
Monitor and update forecasts based on market trends and business performance.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.
Implement strategies to minimize financial risks.
Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles and regulations.
- Exceptional financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and QuickBooks.
