- Process transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the grocery area, adhering to safety standards.
- Utilize technology for inventory management and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery environments is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly shopping environment.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate with customers clearly.
