In this energetic role, you will provide expert nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, full set extensions, builder manicures, Russian style manicures and specialized nail art treatments. Your passion for beauty and exceptional customer service will create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and cared for. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail products like nail care items, lotions, and polishes to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified, providing a comprehensive beauty experience
- Promote retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and current promotions
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting
- Knowledge of nail care techniques, including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Commitment to sanitation standards and safety regulations in all procedures
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Experience with body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and increasing revenue
