As a Solutions KoptR inc. you will provide technical support across access, devices, applications and services to customers who want more from their technology. It’s are all about helping customers connect in new and better ways – so your flair in making the complex simple, and ability to delivering a unique and memorable experience to each customer, every time is what we aim to achieve.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
- Offering individual technical solutions to our diverse customer base.
- Helping customers get the most out of their technology, helping them set up new gadgets and devices, how to use a social networks, keeping their photos and videos protected, setting up email applications and more.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering excellent relationships by educating customers on products, features and technical specifications.
- Taking full ownership of customer resolutions, end-to-end
- Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators
- Create energy and excitement with both your team and customers.
Additionally you will need the following:
- Previous call centre experience desirable.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communicative skills – allowing you to easily connect and develop rapport with others and drive customer satisfaction.
- Confident, adaptability and the flexibility to work across evenings and weekends; shifts are currently rostered between 6:00am and 12:00am (midnight), Monday to Sunday.
- Above all else a passion for helping people.
