NOW HIRING – Landscape Crew Lead| Cascadia Property Services
Hey Vancouver! We're Cascadia Property Services and we're looking for an experienced, motivated individual to lead our landscape maintenance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a maintenance route, has some foreman or crew lead experience, and is ready to take on a part-time leadership role with room to grow.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Landscape maintenance experience (required)
- Foreman or crew lead experience (a big plus!)
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work
- Strong communication and ability to lead a small team
- Valid driver's licence
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Part-time – 2 to 3 days per week
- $24–$32/hr depending on experience
- Company vehicle provided
- $25 for lunch once a week (added to you pay)
- A solid, supportive team environment
