Social Media Manager – Reddit & Instagram GrowthJob Overview
We are an OnlyFans management company looking for a full-time, in-person Social Media Manager to grow creator accounts across Reddit and Instagram.
All content posted through this role will be safe for work. However, applicants must be comfortable working for a company in the adult creator industry.
This is a growth-focused position. Your main goal will be to increase account reach, engagement, profile visits, and paid subscriptions through consistent content posting and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow multiple Instagram and Reddit accounts
- Post three Instagram Reels per day
- Publish one daily Instagram carousel post containing multiple photos
- Create captions and prepare content for posting
- Build and manage new social media accounts
- Identify relevant subreddits and communities for each creator
- Post safe-for-work content on Reddit
- Engage naturally through comments and community participation
- Respond to appropriate comments and messages
- Track account growth, reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions
- Follow platform guidelines and subreddit-specific rules
- Test different content styles, captions, posting times, and growth strategies
- Adjust your strategy based on performance data
- Work closely with management to reach growth and revenue targets
Compensation
We offer a commission-based compensation method.
Commission is calculated using tracked link-in-bio analytics. You will earn commission based on the revenue generated by subscribers attributed to the accounts you manage.
There is no fixed cap on commission. Strong account growth and successful conversion strategies can significantly increase total earnings. Results, consistency, and execution directly affect your commission.
Specific commission rates, tracking methods, payment schedules, and attribution rules will be explained before employment begins and included in the compensation agreement.
Qualifications
Previous experience managing or growing Reddit or Instagram accounts is preferred, but not required. Training can be provided to motivated applicants.

- Can post consistently without constant supervision
- Understands the difference between authentic engagement and spam
- Is willing to test strategies and learn from analytics

Although hours are flexible, employees must consistently meet daily posting requirements, attend required in-person meetings, and complete assigned responsibilities.
