Position open for a Echo Technologist at a state of the art, multidisciplinary clinic in Woodbridge / Vaughan. The technologist will be responsible for performing outpatient Echocardiograms, Stress Echo and Contrast Echo studies.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Cardiac Diagnostic Medical Sonography / Adult Echocardiography eg. Mohawk College or Equivalent
- Registered with Sonography Canada with CMRTO
- Good knowledge of cardiac anatomy
- Proficient with M-Mode and 2D Echo Doppler
- Experience in Stress Echo and Contrast Echo an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently and in an interdisciplinary team environment
- Prepare accurate reports for physician interpretation
