Production Worker / General Labour / Assembly Worker (Day shift)

Day Shift – Monday to Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM
We are currently hiring Production Workers / General Labour Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Brantford. This is a full-time opportunity offering stable hours, weekly pay, benefits, and long-term career potential in a fast-paced production environment.

What We Offer

Job Duties
- Assemble metal parts and components
- Couple and prepare parts for production
- Operate production machinery and equipment
- Perform quality inspections on finished pieces
- Work with team members to meet production quotas
- Complete repetitive and fast-paced production tasks
- Assist with general labour and manufacturing duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform repetitive work
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
