Job type: Full-time, contract (seasonal)
Contract: from August 31 until December 11, 2026, with the possibility to extend to April 2027
We seek full-time employees who can commit to the entire duration of the contract.
Location: 8330 Chester St, Vancouver, BC V5X 3Y7
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Must be available to work August 31-September 4, 2026 for training.
The expected hourly pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representatives to join our Fundraising, Group Savings, and Business Gifting team based at our 8330 Chester st office located in Vancouver, BC.
Job Overview: The Customer Service Representative — Group & Fundraising (G&F) is at the heart of our seasonal sales and support operation. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers participating in our Group Purchase and Fundraising programs: building relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the solution that's right for them.
This is a consultative sales and service role. You'll connect with customers through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, email (via FreshDesk), and live chat — with a genuine focus on listening, asking the right questions, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Success in this role comes from curiosity, persistence, and a real commitment to the customer's experience.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospective and existing customers, proactively introducing and promoting our Fundraising and Group Purchase programs.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their goals, uncover their needs, and match them with the right program or solution.
- Achieve daily outbound call targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience on every interaction.
- Re-engage customers who have declined or paused — applying persistence and creativity to reconnect and convert.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate support across all channels: phone, email (FreshDesk), and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries (programs, orders, campaigns) and process replacements and refunds
- Identify the root causes of customer challenges early and work proactively to resolve issues before they escalate.
You will be a good fit if you have:
- Availability for the whole duration of the contract
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service, retail, or call centre environment
- A strong customer focus and curiosity to understand needs
- Confident communication skills with active listening and thoughtful questions
- A high standard for service and professionalism
- Resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume (70+ calls/day) environment
- Experience in outbound calling and Excel is an asset
