The Pederson Group has partnered with a reputable Cost Consulting firm to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their team in Winnipeg.
Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the President and play a key role in supporting the growth of the firm through proposal development, business development initiatives, CRM management, marketing activities and client relationship support.
Responsibilities
- Review RFPs and client requests to understand scope, requirements and project needs.
- Draft fee proposals for review and approval before submitting to clients.
- Review project requirements and prepare project profiles and team resumes for proposal submissions.
- Manage proposal tasks and follow-ups through Monday.com.
- Maintain and update project profiles for use in team resumes, corporate resumes and client submissions.
- Support and lead business development efforts in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
- Implement and maintain Monday.com as the company’s CRM tool.
- Manage website updates, including project profiles, team information and company content.
- Develop case studies for use on the website, LinkedIn and other marketing campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn, including regular updates, company news, project highlights and relevant content.
- Support ongoing marketing, proposal and business development initiatives as required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction marketing, business analysis, proposal writing or a related field, with a focus on cost consulting services.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, construction management, engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, including development, contracting and consulting sectors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or other proposal development software and Microsoft Suite.
