What You Bring:
The successful candidate will have a Grade 12 diploma supplemented by a two-year diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced industrial administration environment. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience reviewing and improving business processes, and a detail-oriented approach to your work.
Other requirements include:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of SAP, Fieldglass, GEP, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills would be considered a strong asset.
- Previous supervisory experience is considered an asset.
