Our Exciting Opportunity:
Our team is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Filter Design role, helping to craft and deliver Cavity Filter products for use in Ericsson’s Radio Base Stations. Your role will include working with a multi-functional team, designing and testing RF components of the Filter Designs. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We coordinate in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
Collaborate with Mechanical Designers to realize Filter designs
Interface with Project Management, Vendors, and Production Supply
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling and trouble shooting and customer support
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in technical domain
To be successful in the role, you must have:
Bachelors degree and up to 3 years proven experience
Filter Product development and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge an asset
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting and responding to change
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Planning and Organizing
You might also have:
RF Lab testing tools and equipment including Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, power meters
RF Simulation experience
Mechanical design tools such as CREO
Filter Production Knowledge
Hardware design team lead experience
HWDP Filter Design Process and Tools knowledge
