Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of massage techniques including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone, and relaxation
- Deliver esthetic services such as facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Recommend appropriate aftercare and wellness routines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment rooms and shared spa areas
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification in Quebec
- Certification or significant experience in esthetic services (facials, skincare, etc.)
- Prior experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness-focused environment
- Warm, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about wellness, beauty, and client care
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
