You are a detail oriented individual with a talent for accurate organization and communication of information. Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
Back-up for Buyer during vacation, holidays and busy periods;
Attend trade shows, supplier meetings and sales meetings;
Follow up with suppliers to provide updates on product arrival schedules to Sales and Customer Service teams
Communication with all departments to ensure orders are being filled and received accurately and on time;
Above all a willingness to ensure customer satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned
Some post-secondary courses would be an asset, especially in purchasing or business;
Accurate and detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills;
Excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities;
Computer savvy with good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.;
Strong, positive communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively through stressful situations;
