- You have 1 or more years’ experience working in a Parts Advisor position
- Expert at providing exceptional service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Planner and organized
- Handle Pressure
- Problem Solver
- CDK or PBS experience is a major asset
Essential Job Duties:
- Listen to the technician’s or customer’s description of vehicle symptoms to gather information about their vehicle’s mechanical issues and parts requirements
- Fill parts orders from Service quotes, research parts and part numbers, place orders for aftermarket parts
- Bills parts to Service RO’s
- Maintain and organize Parts bins, ability to receive parts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Understanding of vehicle mechanical structure
- Inventory and bin counts
- Invoice retail parts for external customers
- Provide accurate and timely estimates
- Cashiering functions when necessary
- Communicate with the Service Team to identify opportunities and resolve issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
