Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and tracking tools throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project plans, progress updates, risks, and issues with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze, and help resolve project challenges to minimize impacts on schedule and budget.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships across departments and external partners.
- Support Project Managers with project administration, reporting, scheduling, procurement.
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of project activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project performance, analyze data, and prepare status reports and updates for management.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain action item logs, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Perform additional administrative and project support duties as required.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and think proactively.
Experience Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in the project coordination field. A degree in Project Management, Business Administration or Public Administration considered an asset.
Position Details:
This is a contract position with an initial six-month term. The successful candidate will have a strong opportunity for extension based on performance, business needs, and project workload.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
