The Position: The Account Manager role is responsible for managing leads from Latin regions, closing opportunities, and growing accounts. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2C/B2B sales specialist to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the assigned markets.
What will be your agenda?
- Have +2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Manage existing accounts while acquiring new accounts to make quota
- Are flexible to work rotating 8-hour shifts.
- Working with internal applications
- Learn about products to do with Forex, Stock, and Crypto markets
- Your written and spoken English and Mandarin/Vietnamese/French/Turkish is impeccable, and your communication skills are highly polished.
- Have a Post-secondary degree/diploma in related field.
What are we expecting from you?
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Daily: Convert inbound leads into sales via live chat directed from digital marketing efforts
- Daily: Host webinars and present products on live stream
- Develop partner networks to increase brand recognition and revenue.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share, analyze opportunities, and maintain sales growth
- Assist in developing promotional programs and improve customer retention
- Partner with local and online businesses to promote the brand
- Establish relationships with potential brokers, online influencers, and other partnerships
- Track, analyze and report key pipeline, opportunity, forecast and sales productivity metrics.
- Knowledge of Forex, Crypto and Stock trading is a plus
