Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding food service and hospitality experiences
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain high quality standards
- Manage restaurant operations which including but not limited to: labour & food cost, sales & profit and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics, implement improvements, and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health protocols and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or hospitality industry
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling techniques
- Familiarity with budgets and P&L's
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices including cash handling, food safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
