Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team Lead to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, e-commerce logistics, and effective communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
Duties
- Oversee the shipping and receiving of products, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order processing.
- Coordinate order picking activities to ensure that all items are packaged correctly for shipment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues related to shipping or receiving.
- Monitor e-commerce orders and ensure compliance with shipping standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels for outgoing packages.
Skills
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment procedures, including order picking and packaging techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
- Advance EXCEL skills
