Cooke Insurance is a locally owned and operated insurance brokerage in Saskatoon, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused university student to join our team.
This position is full-time for the remainder of the summer and transitions to part-time during the school year, with a commitment to Thursday evenings and Saturdays.
As a Motor Licence Issuer, you'll play an important role in helping customers with all of their motor licensing needs while providing the friendly, professional service we're known for. You'll work closely with our experienced team to ensure our office runs smoothly and our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit.
This role is much more than paperwork. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to interact with customers, solve problems, and develop valuable communication and customer service skills in a professional office environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.
- Has strong attention to detail and is organized.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Is reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
- Is available to work full-time for the remainder of the summer and Thursday evenings and Saturdays throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Insurance or motor licence issuing experience is not required. We will provide training.
