You are a licensed aesthetician with a strong interest in medical aesthetics and dermatology, bringing hands-on experience with laser treatments and a commitment to patient safety and exceptional care. You are comfortable operating aesthetic devices, following treatment protocols, and assisting physicians with injectable procedures while maintaining a calm, professional presence with patients. Detail-oriented and dependable, you prioritize hygiene, documentation, and compliance with clinical standards. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively with providers, and are motivated to deliver high-quality aesthetic results while supporting a positive patient experience.

Duties
- Perform laser treatments under the guidance of a physician
- Deliver exceptional patient services by creating a relaxing and inviting environment
- Maintain strict sanitation standards in all treatment areas according to industry regulations
- Upsell services and retail products to enhance patient satisfaction and business growth
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Assist patients with product demonstrations and recommend retail products tailored to their needs
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with patients
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and patient interaction
- Able to work well with a team of professionals
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations
- Proficiency in front desk operations and administrative tasks related to appointment scheduling considered an asset
- Knowledge of and comfort with Aesthetic devices considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

- In addition to base salary, there may be benefits available.
- Compensation includes an hourly wage plus sales-based commission opportunities on treatments and products.
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
