Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon storefront to maximize sales, improve visibility, and enhance overall customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO strategies, and e-commerce best practices to drive growth on the Amazon platform. The Amazon Marketplace Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring our products stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing search terms relevant to our products.
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns using Amazon Advertising (Amazon PPC), Google Ads, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly to meet sales targets.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product visibility both on Amazon and through external search engines.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure HTML formatting is optimized for product listings and promotional content.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while maintaining brand consistency across all campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and Amazon marketplace policies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Amazon Marketplace management or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEO techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML for editing product descriptions and promotional content.
- Experience conducting keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.
- Understanding of budgeting principles related to digital advertising campaigns.
