Our growing Pool & Hot Tub retail business is looking for an outgoing and engaging seasonal Retail Sales Associate. A successful candidate will be energetic and able to listen to customers, ask key lifestyle questions, and offer solutions to meet their needs. You are self-motivated, professional, and enjoy providing an exceptional sales and service experience in order to help maintain and build lasting relationships with our customers.
This position is seasonal, running from April to September each year. We are especially searching for candidates who are available for the complete duration of the season as well as interested in returning for multiple seasons.
Description of duties and responsibilities:
· Assist our retail customers with water tests and finding equipment, chemicals, and accessories to meet their needs.
· Answer incoming customer calls regarding pools, hot tubs, accessories, and service.
· Ensure the showroom is professionally displayed for product representation, merchandising, and stock.
· Continuously look for ways to build brand awareness and product knowledge
· Have a strong customer experience mindset.
· Successful sales experience in a retail environment
· Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
· Willing to grow and be proactive in developing your skills and knowledge.
· Possess exceptional communication skills that allow you to communicate effectively with a variety of customers.
· Basic pool and hot tub knowledge would be an asset.
· Weekend work is required

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
