Triangle Logistics Solutions is a fast-growing 3PL transport company with over 20 years in the industry. We specialize in cross-border OTR freight and have built a strong reputation for service and reliability. We are now hiring a highly experienced 3PL disptacher to join our team.
What you will be doing
- Dispatching OTR loads (Canada and U.S.) in real time
- Sourcing carriers
- Communicate with drivers, carriers and customers
- Monitor load progress and proactively solve issues
- Book trucks via load boards
- Use TMS & tracking software to manage workflows
What we are looking for:
Must have:
- Min 3+ years of dispatching in a 3PL/freight brokerage setting only!
- Hands on experience with FTL or LTL for dry van, reefer, flatbed etc.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Familiarity with TMS platforms and load boards
- Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure
- Knowledge of border crossings and regulations would be an advantage

Experience:
