Cantherm Distributors is seeking someone with:
(a) drive and enthusiasm
(b) a passion for becoming an expert in various types of equipment (diesel, small engine, etc.)
(c) a desire to share knowledge, in-person, via video, phone, or otherwise, in service to clients, prospects, and others parties, and
(d) an interest in joining a small company, contributing to and playing a key role in growing the business.
Key Roles:
(a) Handle, with tact, respect, aptitude and genuine care, all tech support calls and repair services;
(b) Create repair how-to videos for distribution on social media platforms;
(c) Assist with general business operations, including, without limitation: warehousing, shipping, sales activity, administrative tasks, organizing, cleaning, maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Service Equipment: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers to ensure that the company is meeting their needs, to generate new business and maintain existing business and addressing any issues they may have. This may involve attending industry events, hosting meetings, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
(b) Build and Strengthen Client Relationships: In the course of your duties, you will need to build relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure total customer satisfaction, understand their needs, provide them with product or service information, and address any concerns they may have.
(c) Keep Up with Industry Trends: You will need to stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and new technologies that can help the company achieve its business development goals.
(d) Create, Edit and Upload Instructional Videos: You will need to record, edit and upload to various social media channels all equipment repairs that you undertake in order to build towards an exhaustive library of information that clients and prospects can find and reference online.
(e) Demonstrate Products and Services: You will need to demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's products or services to potential customers to help them understand how the products or services can meet their needs.
