TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the café to ensure efficient
service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
● Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate café staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels
and compliance with company policies and service standards.
● Establish, implement, and monitor operational procedures, food safety programs, sanitation
standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
● Monitor customer service performance, address customer concerns, and implement measures
to enhance the overall guest experience and customer retention.
● Manage inventory levels, purchase food, beverage, and café supplies, and maintain
relationships with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
● Develop and manage budgets, control labour costs and operating expenses, oversee cash
handling procedures, and monitor sales performance to achieve financial objectives.
● Develop and implement promotional initiatives, seasonal beverage and baked goods offerings,
and operational strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.
● Prepare operational and financial reports, analyze business performance, and recommend
improvements to optimize efficiency, profitability, and overall café operations.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more
Language: English
Other skills;
Good Knowledge of Indian Cuisine

Hourly Rate: $37-$38.00 for 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
