We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Farm Workers to help with daily farm tasks and seasonal farm operations.
This is a hands-on outdoor position on a small farm. The work includes general farm labour, planting and caring for vegetables and succulent plants, as well as helping with farm maintenance and other daily tasks as needed.
This position is suitable for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical work, and can follow instructions carefully.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Farm Tasks
Planting, transplanting, watering, weeding, and general plant care.
Helping with vegetables and succulent plants.
Carrying plants, soil, tools, supplies, and farm materials.
Assisting with basic farm maintenance and outdoor cleanup.
Helping with fencing, simple farm structures, greenhouse work, and other farm projects when needed.
Supporting seasonal farm tasks and other general farm work assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
Able to do physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for long periods.
Willing to do hands-on and sometimes repetitive work.
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
Able to work as part of a small team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Important Location Note:
This farm is located in a rural area.
Public transportation is not available to this location.
Applicants must have reliable transportation, such as a car or an arranged ride.
