PRAIRIETECH HD REPAIR LTD is currently hiring for Mobile Heavy Equipment Technician to join us in the Fort McMurray and Area with camp accommodations. (Schedule 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Days/Nights)
Heavy Duty Technicians are responsible for performing inspections, preventative maintenance and rebuilds on all types of equipment. Including working on hydraulic systems, electrical systems, power train systems, and engines.
Experience with the following equipment (preferred):
- Motor Graders
- Light Plants
- Lube/Combo trucks
- Generators
- Dozers
- Skid Steers
- Wheeled Loaders
- Excavators
- Packers
- Haul trucks (Rigid & Articulated)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Obtain a Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician certificate
- CSTS, Fall Arrest, AWP and First Aid certificates
- Hold a valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a heavy duty equipment industry
- Ability to work from heights
- Have excellent written communication skills to complete daily service reports
