- $32-$50/Hour based on skill and experience. If you didn't T4 at least $65,000 last year, it is unlikely this position is for you. We need a capable and experienced team leader with a track record of positive change.

Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team with a “yes we can attitude”
- Ability to schedule/create an effective work plan and delegate tasks
- Consistent attendance and focus on the big picture (keeping our clients happy by providing quality products on schedule)
- Experience manufacturing custom commercial millwork
- Comfortable using all manner of woodworking equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Proficiency with removing obstacles for people under your supervision
