About the job:
· Contact all new internet leads in a timely manner
· Follow up with all internet/service/sales leads over phone/internet messaging/email.
· Verify lead/customer information over the phone and collect required documents.
· Book sales consultation appointments for internet/service/sales leads
· Other duties, projects…etc. as requested by management.
About you:
· OMVIC registration is required.
· Customer service related experience considered an asset.
· Call center experience is
· Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capable of learning new technologies quickly.
· Exceptional phone and written communication skills.
· Time management skills required.
