WHY YOU'LL LOVE THE ADVENTURE
STRATEGIC PARTNER. You will play a key role in the new product launches and their presentation by participating in the packaging strategy with other departments and retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers.
CHALLENGE and INFLUENCE. Working with different stakeholders, you will improve the packaging strategies and succesfully lead cost reduction initiatives.
PURPOSE and IMPACT. Through innovative visual displays and design, you will make BRP's products - and the brand - shine. You will make a difference for thousands of dealers who will benefit from your work.
CREATIVITY MATTERS. Using visual expertise, you will enhance the in-store experience and capture buyers’ attention by coordinating all the packaging artwork design development.
HOW YOU'LL REACH THE UNREACHABLE
Collaborate with packaging experts and graphic designers to build the visual environment to help dealerships optimize both their front and back stores.
Ensure visual coherence across the network by setting up displays and by providing clear and helpful guidelines to dealers.
Use visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives to maximize profitability.
Research lifestyle and design trends that will inform the regional and seasonal visual merchandising strategies.
Liaise between departments internally to ensure packaging is fit for purpose (with engineering, logistics, and retail environment teams, etc.,) and act as the key point of contact for all front-store packaging-related topics.
YOU ARE RECOGNIZED FOR YOUR…
Advanced bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French).
Project and budget management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and deliver results meeting tight deadlines.
Knowledge of current design and visual merchandising trends as well as industry best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
