Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to start their business and career in our fast-paced environment. As an RMT you will have the opportunity to work for yourself in a supportive and client-focused setting with our fulltime chiropractors sending you referrals for your business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services to clients as part of their overall rehabilitation.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Educate clients on self-care and wellness practices.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to enhance client care.
- Maintain your own scheduling, booking, payments, and accounts receivables/payables
Qualifications & Must Haves:
- Valid RMT certification and registration with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality massage therapy.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work mainly independently but also as part of a team.
- High standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Must be able to accept referrals from five chiropractors who practice on the lower level of the building.
- Provide your own equipment to meet the needs of your clients.
- Share office expenses with fellow RMT's & share a reception area.
