WHAT YOU'LL DO
Because we hand you a full calendar, your role stays focused:
- Guide clients through the Infinite Banking strategy — educating, advising, and closing with integrity.
- Follow up fast and keep HubSpot airtight, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Show up to team meetings prepared to own your numbers.
- Partner with your Client Relationship Manager for a seamless client experience.
We're not expecting you to cold call or prospect — we give you the leads and fill your calendar.
This is relationship-driven, high-trust sales work — and you'll have a seat at the table from Day 1.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- LLQP certification is a nice-to-have, not a requirement to apply — but if hired, you must be willing to get certified and pass.
- Proven track record hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or high-performance sales
- Tech-savvy (HubSpot, Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Fanatical about follow-up, documentation, and compliance
- Coachable — you take feedback and get better, fast
- A closer who leads with integrity, not pressure
