The Product Marketing team within TELUS Business, Marketing and Base Management, Enterprise & Public Sector division is a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to enabling growth in TELUS' most complex B2B segments. We act as the bridge between high-level strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring our channels are equipped with the leads, tools, and insights needed to succeed in their markets.
As Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Cybersecurity Professional Services & Private Wireless Networks (PWN), you will own the complete go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a comprehensive suite of security and network solutions. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate complex solutions into compelling market narratives that resonate with Enterprise and Public sector customers. This is a high-impact role where your strategic thinking and execution excellence will directly influence revenue growth and market positioning for thousands of our customers.
What you will do:
Develop and own the integrated marketing plan for the Cybersecurity Professional Services and PWN portfolios, iterating and optimizing throughout the year based on performance data and market feedback
Analyze funnel activity, track key deals, and monitor year-to-date performance metrics to inform strategic adjustments and maximize ROI
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partner Alliance, Events, Digital Marketing, Base Management, and Sales Activation teams to develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with Enterprise and Public sector buyers
Drive content strategy and creation across multiple channels including social copy, one-pagers, pitch decks, testimonials, battlecards, and Highspot content to equip sales teams with tools and materials that accelerate deals
Manage a marketing budget and Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with vendors, ensuring resources are strategically deployed to drive maximum growth and impact across the portfolio
Leverage AI tools to streamline marketing operations, enhance customer insights, and drive efficiency across campaign execution and stakeholder reporting
Qualifications
What you bring:
5+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or marketing leadership experience, with proven success managing product portfolios
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing plans, including strategy, content development, and campaign management
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and the ability to translate technical/complex solutions into compelling value propositions and messaging for Enterprise and Public sector audiences
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with Product, Sales, and other key stakeholders
Experience with marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance and ROI
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
Great-to-haves:
Experience marketing cybersecurity solutions and working knowledge of cybersecurity professional services
Familiarity with TELUS products, services, or market positioning in the Enterprise and Public sector space
Experience with vendor management and partner enablement programs
Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
