Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented automotive technician to join our team as a 310S Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience working in dealership settings, with a strong background in automotive repair, mechanical systems, and the use of various hand and power tools. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Candidates with welding skills, schematic reading ability, and experience with assembly are highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify vehicle components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble automotive parts
- Execute maintenance procedures including fluid changes, brake repairs, engine work, and system inspections
- Assist with vehicle assembly and component installation during repairs or upgrades
- Interpret technical schematics and diagrams to identify issues accurately
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work complies with dealership standards
- Support customer service efforts by explaining repairs and providing professional recommendations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts handling
- Experience with assembly processes related to automotive components

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
