Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)– Meadow Creek Retirement Center
You will work closely with staff to determine patient needs and liaise with health care professionals to ensure quality person-centered care. You will meet and exceed company standards and legislated requirements and oversee the development of resident care plans and services that provide the highest standard of resident safety and wellness. As the ideal candidate, you have a passion for helping others and are able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. As well as experience working with seniors who have Dementia.
You are a Licensed Practical Nurse and have at least two (2) years of related work experience, preferably in a dementia care setting. You have demonstrated interpersonal and administrative skills and will ensure the highest level of confidentially in patient care. Ideally you will be trained in Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) and Dementia Passport however, this training can be provided for the right candidate.
