Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support various administrative functions. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. The Office Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office workflows and ensuring a professional front desk presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support office efficiency
- Support bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping as needed
- Assist with appointment scheduling and patient or client support in medical or dental office settings
- Maintain organized office environment and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting clients or patients effectively
- Support administrative projects such as document preparation, correspondence, and report generation
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and file management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office setting
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Clerical experience in an office environment, especially in medical or dental offices, is highly desirable
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and administrative procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
