About Arqtic
We named our consultancy Arqtic because we are fascinated by, and innately curious about, the world’s most critical ecosystem. To us, the Arctic is not just a remote region on a map; it is the frontline of our shared global future, and its stories belong to all of us.
We build world-class creative strategies for impact and environmental organizations across North America and Europe. However, we measure our ultimate success by a distinct north star: our ability to amplify and support Arctic priorities globally. We have mastered telling the stories of change-makers worldwide. Now, we need a bold, multi-disciplined creator to turn the camera inward. We need a storyteller to capture our own journey as we build the world’s most innovative creative consultancy dedicated to the North, the planet, and the impact organizations fighting for it.
The Opportunity & Role Overview
As our first dedicated In-House Content Creator, you will shape the foundation of Arqtic’s digital presence. This is a highly strategic, deeply hands-on role identified as a critical catalyst for our consultancy’s growth.
You will own our social channels, capturing everything from raw, behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage at film shoots to polished brand engagements. Your mission is to build a professional community around our cause, showcase our work, and position Arqtic as a global thought leader in impact storytelling. Beyond managing our own channels, you will also play a key role in developing social-first deliverables to add direct value to our consultancy clients.
