Trillium Support Services is a social enterprise committed to meeting the needs of children, youth, and adults with complex special needs. In doing so, we work with our partnering agencies and families to provide our social care workers in Residential Programs, Day Programs, Community Support Programs and in Family Homes. PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As a Coordinator of Service, you will work to build a referral pipeline in your region, increase revenue across our services and provide management oversight to our Social Care Workers. The Coordinator works within a regulatory framework and in accordance with the goals and aspirations of our social enterprise.
We are expanding our services to include the following regions: York, Halton, Peel, Kitchener, Waterloo, London
Recruit Associates to work as Social Care Workers in the delivery of Trillium’s Support Services.
Working in conjunction with our Management Team and with the assistance of our Marketing Coordinator implements Marketing and Sales programs to promote our service offerings.
Provide clinical oversight/consultation to the day to day work being completed by our Social Care Workers. Maintaining worker ‘pool’ and matching requests to the skills of the Social Care Workers. Assisting with case related issues.
College Diploma in DSW, SSW, CYW or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with individuals experiencing complex behavioural challenges
Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a social service environment
Experience in sales and marketing
Proven communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
Team leadership skills and demonstrated success in supervising staff
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member
Ability to make informed decisions
