Job Discrubtion :
Responsible for staff retention with in team
coordination between Manger and Team Members
Handle a team of Associates
Manage team performance on SLAs & KRA
Control shrinkage, attrition, etc
Manage day to day floor activities
Analyze, maintain daily, weekly and monthly team performance reports
Conducting periodic team meetings & attend review meetings
Currently working as TL for Outbound
Excellent understanding of call center metrics
Good communication skills
Education :Graduate in any Stream, Masters degree added advantage
Age: 22 to 28 years
