Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, energetic, and motivated individuals to support daily restaurant operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Take orders (in-store and delivery platforms) and handle cash/POS transactions
- Prepare burgers, sides, beverages, and other menu items according to Firefly standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen equipment, and workstations
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient prep for daily service
- Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled
- Stock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Support promotional activities and upsell menu items
- Assist management with daily operational needs
Requirements
- Previous food & beverage or customer service experience is an asset (not mandatory)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability for flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
