Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Cardiovascular Technologist, where you will play a vital role in supporting cardiovascular diagnostics and patient care. In this energetic and fast-paced position, you will operate advanced imaging equipment, assist with procedures, and ensure accurate data collection to aid in diagnosing and treating heart-related conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and the seamless functioning of our cardiovascular services.
Duties
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, ensuring their comfort, and verifying medical histories.
- Perform diagnostic tests including Stress Echos, ECGs, Holter Monitoring, ABI.
- Collaborate with medical staff to interpret results and provide timely reports that support diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated, cleaned, and maintained to uphold high standards of safety and quality.
- Provide excellent patient care during tests.
- Be able to work collaboratively with other technicians.
Experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy in a busy clinical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to comfort patients and collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals.
- Certification or licensure as required by local health authorities or professional organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
