We're looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator / Administrator to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional care while supporting the growth of the practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside the practice while developing new skills in treatment coordination, patient communication, and comprehensive case presentation.
About the Role
This position combines front office administration with treatment coordination.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Presenting treatment options and estimates
- Following up with patients regarding recommended treatment
- Providing an exceptional concierge-style patient experience
- Assisting with scheduling and front desk duties as required
- Working closely with our doctors and clinical team to help patients move confidently through their treatment journey
Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in dental administration and/or treatment coordinating
- Passionate about patient care and customer service
- Friendly, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financing options
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients
Experience with Dentrix is considered a strong asset.
Experience with dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, or sedation is also an asset, although additional training will be provided.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
