We are recruiting Articling Students starting January 2025 and May 2025 to join our Edmonton office.

The Role
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documents.
- Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns, including related filings and schedules.
- Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of corporate year ends, which includes compilation, review, and audit engagements.
- Meet deadlines as assigned by the partners or senior staff accountants.
- Participate in education, training and professional development programs.
- Work independently and in a team environment under the direction of the leadership.
- Completion of additional ad-hoc administrative duties or assignments as required.
What You Will Bring
- A university or college student expecting to complete an undergraduate degree (preferably BCom or BBA) before the start date.
- Meeting the CPA pre-requisites for the Professional Education Program.
- Basic understanding of various software programs, including Sage 50, CaseWare , QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office is an asset.
- Excellent communication, time management, and client service skills.
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and able to prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines.
- A team player who encourages the success of all.
