Responsibilities and essential job functions:
Delivers legendary customer service with a warm and friendly welcome, makes the guest comfortable and able to clearly describe food and beverage offerings and answer preliminary questions about the menu.
Checks food orders for accuracy and that the dish meets the chef’s specifications. Coordinates food delivery from the kitchen to the guest table.
Carries and removes trays to and from kitchen, restaurant and stewarding.
Your multi-tasking skills ensures tables are cleared and cleaned on a continual basis for lunch and dinner service. Orders, stocks and replenishes the outlet with food and beverage items, china, silver, glassware and linen.
Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating the environment and guests for clues.
Contributes to a positive team environment, reinforcing good morale, respect and integrity of others.
Assists with set-up and tear-down of all equipment and furniture in the outlet paying specific attention to any reservations or Banquet Event Order details.
Assists with new team member on-boarding by reinforcing performance standards and giving respectful coaching as required.
Works in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and department and hotel policies and procedures.
Thrives on information by attending shift briefings, menu changes, department meetings
Performs all duties as assigned by managers
