We’re a family-owned and operated dealership looking for a driven and detail-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced and customer-focused service team.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers in our service department
- Schedule appointments, open and close repair orders, and communicate repair timelines
- Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient service delivery
- Process payments using a point-of-sale system and maintain accurate records and organized filing
- Provide clear, professional, and timely updates to customers about their vehicles
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient paperwork and documentation system
What We’re Looking For:
- A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Computer skills: Comfortable using Windows-based systems, Excel & Word
- Some automotive knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle a fast-paced workflow
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday rotation every 3rd week: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
