Dakota Gymnastics Academy Inc. is looking for a casual Aerial Silks coach. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, has a background in aerial arts or gymnastics, and enjoys working with diverse age groups.
Duties
- Lead engaging aerial silks classes for students of various skill levels
- Demonstrate proper techniques for climbing, wrapping, and poses on aerial silks
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during classes and practice sessions
- Provide personalized feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence
- Prepare lesson plans that align with students’ abilities and goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, including equipment checks and maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching aerial arts
- Strong background in teaching techniques with an emphasis on safety and progression
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not required;
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
